I DARE You to Find a Better Agent. It's more than showing homes. From 7:00AM til post midnight Gale was available to help manage and guide our purchase. She describes herself as "full service" and that's no exaggeration. Inspection, insurance, local activities, schools, commute, weather considerations, tele-closings, even babysitting the kids while the grown-ups viewed a home -there are few areas that Gale can't assist with. Gale Milgrim is A Great Realtor! Gale is a kind lady, very patient, goes out of her way and is very upbeat. Gale knew I had difficulty with the computer and came to me for every signature needed and was there for me when I couldn't navigate Docusign or my smart phone. My home went to contract in only 4 days with multiple offers and I couldn't have been more happy, which meant not many showings and less stress. We sold it for almost full price and I was thrilled to get this done quickly.
