I closed on my rental condo last month. Dallas was awesome!!! She was able to get it under contract in less than 2 days! During the Buyer's "due diligence" period, Dallas as able to navigate and make the process very easy. She was actually out of the country at one time but was still able to get the deal closed! I highly recommend her. Her availability and knowledge was superior. Thank you so much Dallas!!!

Dallas was amazing to work with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable regarding real estate, and genuinely cares about her clients. As first time home buyers, Dallas was critical in our success of finding our dream home below what we expected to pay! She was there for support and for any and all questions we had. Dallas also has a strong network of inspectors, lenders, etc. that she offered up to us which helped us to efficiently move towards closing our property at the original closing date. Dallas Ackley sold our property for a record high in my neighborhood in less than a day, and although it was a drawn out and frustrating closing due to circumstances beyond our control, she handled everything with patience, professionalism, and grace.
