Simplicity: A Real Estate Brokerage Company

I have nothing but praise for Greg and Simplicity. I have a few rental properties in multiple states so I have worked with several companies. Unfortunately, I struggled finding a decent property management company in the Davenport area and wound up leaving the previous two companies when my renters left. Greg's level of customer service is unparalleled. He found a great tenant in record time and treated my home like it was his own (and I am remote and needed the help). I cannot recommend him and Simplicity enough!

I have nothing but great things to say! Rob was so nice and super professional and listened to everything my fianc and I liked and didnt like about a potential home and gave us lots of homes to view that fit our budget and in the right location and ultimately found us our dream home! He was also honest and had great input. We are so glad we went with Simplicity.

Cant say enough about what a pleasure it has been to work with Rob Sassos on the purchase of our new home in Wadeview Park here in Orlando. There were several unexpected challenges that came up with the property and Rob handled them all like the knowledgeable professional that he is. He is by FAR the best there is in the Orlando Real Estate market!
