I am not sure where to begin but let me just say - Daniel is hands down one of the best real estate agents I've had the chance to work with. He helped me not just narrow down on a neighborhood, connect with a developer but also served as a one stop shop for guiding me through my first vacation home purchase. He kept me informed throughout the development of my property, assisted with pre closing, closing and post closing (connected with a very talented designer). If you are looking to buy or sell property in the central Florida area, I suggest you go with Daniel in a heartbeat. I've personally connected him to those in my own network who have had the same white globe service experience.

Daniel can only be the top choice as realtor in Florida! He helped me buy my first house, worked with me through every step in the process with advice, feedback, and great guidance. From the beginning of checking on the financials till after closing with finding the right vendors, ensuring the builder met all promises, and even helping with scheduling follow up items. Daniel is always easily reachable, super responsive, honest and candid with what can work and what cannot, as well as going above and beyond with proactively figuring out next steps on the journey. Can only say 10/10!

I'll start off by saying that Daniel helped us buy a new construction home, so I can't weigh in on his services while buying a resale home. While this is a 2-star review it would be unfair to leave out some of the positives Daniel does have. Daniel did recommend the builder and area to us and we have loved the area we're in. He is very personable, on time, polite, and available to speak with you. We moved from Washington State to Florida and a week before we were supposed to move the apartment complex we were supposed to move into called and said the 3bd unit was no longer available even after we put a deposit down. Daniel was there for us and even helped us find a short-term rental which helped tremendously. Even going as far as not asking for a commission from the listing agent. After moving down Daniel dropped flowers off for me and my family a couple of times and even took us out to lunch. Sounds like the perfect agent so far, but that's where I feel the exceptional service stopped. Our build time was about a year and at this point, we were 4-5 months in when Daniel took us out. About 2 months had passed and we had heard nothing from Daniel after he took us out to lunch. Eventually, we had concerns about the builder and build quality of the home and reached out to Daniel for advice hoping he would be able to speak with the builder. As mentioned before Daniel recommended the builder and went as far as ensuring we got a specific sales agent and construction manager. In hindsight, this could be a red flag, but we thought since his previous client had such a good experience that's why he asked for them. Seeing as he has some type of relationship with these people I figured he could speak to them and help ease our concerns. Daniel's general response was I should smooth it out with the builder myself and maybe take a bottle of wine down as a good gesture. From there we never truly got the follow-up that I would have expected given all the amazing reviews Daniel has. Daniel did come to the walkthroughs to help identify discrepancies. When it came time to close, the builder still had many items unfinished (not his fault), he attempted to get us a concession from the builder, but no such luck. In my personal opinion, it was too little too late and seemed more like theater than anything. After closing, he congratulated us and said he'd follow up and stop by with wine to celebrate when we've had a chance to settle. I believe he did text us once to remind us about applying for FL homestead. It's been just over 6 months since we've moved in and Daniel has never followed up to see how we were doing. To be honest I feel like it was more of a personality mismatch and maybe some of the things I was looking for in an agent are different than how Daniel operates. I was wanting someone to stick up for me and ensure the builder was doing what was right, but in my view, he was more worried about keeping good relations with the builder. I have no factual evidence to prove this other than gut feeling, but it sure did seem that way. I do appreciate that Daniel pointed us to this area as I couldn't see myself anywhere else. With that being said I can't overlook his general dismissiveness with my concerns with the builder. To which I am still fighting to get things done that were called out during closing. Overall I would not use Daniel again nor could I recommend him to anyone I personally know.
