I had a face-lift in April, 2015, and had a horrific experience and outcome. During surgery, Dr. Greenberg did extensive damage to my parotid gland, resulting in life-threatening swelling and fluid retention, nerve and muscle damage, numbness and facial paralysis. Now 8 years later, some of the damage is permanent, causing partial facial paralysis and asymetry. He initially appeared indifferent to me and his staff would not even look at me when I returned for multiple follow-up visits. I eventually decided not to return because I had lost all confidence in him. I believe that my healing process was helped considerably by the 3 independent specialists that I went to after leaving Dr. Greenberg's care.

I am thrilled to share my incredible journey of transformation that began with Dr. Greenberg back in 2019. Determined to turn my life around, I embarked on a new path that entailed healthier eating habits and a rigorous weight-training regimen. The results were astonishing; I lost over 100lbs and began competing in bodybuilding competitions. As I pursued my newfound passion, I sought to further accentuate the hard work I had put into my body through cosmetic procedures, specifically breast augmentation and skin removal from various areas. As one can imagine, the unforgiving nature of stage competition attire made it crucial for my efforts to be clearly visible. Having been a returning patient of Dr. Greenberg since my first procedure, I am in awe of the journey we've taken together. Fast forward to 2024, and we've completed nine surgeries. All my surgeries were conveniently performed in Dr. Greenberg's personal operating room within his office. The support I received from the overnight nurse immediately post-surgery was invaluable. I am going to do my best to put into words the amazing experience I had with Dr. Scott Greenberg, but I am sure it wont be enough. What an exceptional doctor, person and I feel like a friend. The care he provided not only physically but mentally was incredible and in my experience through my journey, RARE. From the first consultation to the day of surgery he reassured me and gave me comfort during a very emotional time. He instilled confidence in my decision, educated me and gave me expectations, and remained compassionate throughout the experience to my modesty and feelings. His bed side manner is second to none. THE RESULTS are everything I dreamed of and look incredible and so natural. Every time I look in the mirror, I finally see the outcome of all of the hard work I put in and the talent of Dr. Greenberg. Ive debated leaving a review for some time, as Dr. Greenberg and his staff are incredibly likable and create a positive atmosphere for their patients. However, as someone who relies heavily on consumer reviews to make big, expensive decisions, Ive decided that its my obligation to leave an honest, matter-of-fact recap of my surgical results. Dr. Greenberg performed my gynecomastia removal surgery in August 2020. In the following months after healing took place and results could be assessed, I noticed crater-like dimples around my nipples and visited Dr. Greenberg to discuss. He explained that this was scar tissue under the nipples that connected to the muscle and essentially pulled the nipple down. He agreed to have me back in (no surgical fee, only an anesthesia fee) to cut through the scar tissue. He informed me after that he removed even more gland in addition to the scar tissue. This second procedure resulted in an even greater crater deformity on my left side. Upon further discussion with Dr. Greenberg, he advised that the option to fix the deformity would be a fat transfer; however, for a reason that Im unsure of, he advised against it. In fact, had he wanted to perform this fix, Im not sure Id have agreed, as my trust in his skill was lost. Ive since sought a doctor who heavily specializes in revising unacceptable gynecomastia removal performed by other doctors. I am now spending thousands more for a satisfactory fix by this doctor. I cant speak to any of Dr. Greenbergs other work, but I can speak to my experience. I advise any male seeking gynecomastia removal to do your homework and realize that this procedure takes incredible skill, and it is in your best interest to find a surgeon who specializes in this procedure, performs it very often, and has MANY before and after photos.
