Karol is AMAZING!!! Not only is she actively working on changing my physical health, but shes showing me how important it is to transform your mental habits as well. I have seen a huge improvement in the short time that weve known each other. Shes a beautiful person inside and out, and Im so happy I discovered the Wellness Zone!

Training at WZ with trainer Ben The Bass Hunter Windle has been great. He takes the time to explain his nutritional and fitness advice so I always understand why Im doing what Im doing. I feel great and am enjoying consistent progress.

Every year I look forward to returning to Orlando ( I lived here for nine years)for three Winter months, enjoying old friends, sun and catching up with the many things I love to do. The one thing I always missed was my trainer and keeping up with a strong exercise routine. That is until I met Karol!!! Ive never looked back Karol works her magic every time Im with her! Shes firm and consistent and full of energy and expertise in every class, and yet shes always compassionate and warm and caring. If Ive been having some challenges, she always knows the program to correct the problem and make me feel better. Did I mention that Im 80!!! Karol thank you for making that daunting age seem like just another bright day full of hope and promise!!! Eileen Schein
