        The website advertises that they do deck sanding and staining, but he was here for ten minutes, measured the deck, and called the next day saying they would "pass on the job" because they didn't have the correct materials. I think if they don't do work like that, they shouldn't advertise it and waste everyone's time. (He was 1 1/2 late for the estimate, but he did call.)

      I am sorry that I can't do the job right now. The job requires prep work that we don't have the proper equipment as of this time. If the job can wait for a little while until my painter who is repairing the equipment gets ready, I will let you know. Again, my apologies.
