We used FidusFi through Dustin Lauer, in order to refinance a golf course operation and could not find (and wasted a lot of time with) other potential lender sources. Ultimately referred to Dustin by an executive at a title insurer whose company had handled closings in the past with FidusFi, and it was a stroke of luck for us because just within a few short weeks we had fully funded what was needed for the project.
