        This review is overdue but as I sit in my home I feel so thankful that we had Vince as our mortgage officer and had to leave a review! Communication was on point and always very clear, laid things out in laymans terms - and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Thank you Vince!!

        Overall the experience was ok but there was not much communication with me and I feel the company didnt think about the customer service part for me but rather just getting the deal finished. The loan was handed off to Vince and after it was handed off there was really no more customer service. Vince did not check in and just seemed like he wanted to get the loan completed rather then care about the customer service part of it for me.
