As a first time home buyer, the whole process can be very intimidating and with a short escrow, pretty stressful. But Doug was fantastic through the entire home buying process, with great attention to detail, super quick responses at any time of the day and patiently navigating through the barrage of questions and concerns. He also provided guidance on a lot of other matters which might have been out of scope as a lender but he was willing to share from his many years of experience and I felt like I had someone always looking out for me during this journey. He was great with updates and follow ups and I recommend working with him for your first home or for the next home or if you are just looking to refinance
