        We came into the Lexus dealership today with no expectation other than to look at a vehicle for a possible upgrade in the next month or two as we are expecting & needed a larger vehicle. We were greeted by Charles Ream (product specialist) who was very accommodating & attentive right away! He showed us a couple vehicles that met our needs & was really kind to us! Chanlin Sok (manager) was able to provide us all our finance options in a matter of minutes without being pushy or overwhelming us. Finally during the finance part of the process Quenton Wong was really fast & efficient in getting us through the process & it was fast!! Overall the process was really smooth, easy, & fast! My husband & I highly recommend Lexus of Winter Park & their amazing team! Best experience we have ever had buying a car!
