        100000/10 experience! I dont typically trust people with my hair, but I got my hair done today by Alejandro and i could not be happier!!!! I would definitely recommend Alejandro for any of your hair needs, especially if your wanting vivids!! What a great experience overall, love my hair artist and loved the hospitality of the receptionist Maggie. :)

        Jess is the best. Ive been to so many high end salons in town and was never happy with my lived in blonde until I found this woman. Shes worth every penny.

        This salon is a mess when it comes to communication. The stylist said she charges 25.00 for a deposit to make sure the client shows up and she proceeds to cancel the consultation. It was a back and forth with this place total nightmare to even get an appointment then they said they needed 100.00 to secure the appt for something I have not even had a consultation for which is insanity. Somehow I was charged double for I am not sure what? For the stylist canceling?. I called several times to let them know this was happening and got nowhere they just kept telling me they would contact me back. This is insanity!!!! Do not give these people your credit card!!!! There is way better salons out there that actually care about customers not just trying to take your money. I never step foot in this place and have double charges that should not be on my card. Stay away from this salon!!!!! This is the first time ever I have had a experience like this from a salon!!!!!!

        I have been seeing Ashley at this salon for quite awhile now, I have been blown away each time. I am very blonde and very particular about my highlights and she has never disappointed. She talks to me the entire appointment and is so sweet. Shes extremely knowledgeable about products and treatments. I would recommend her to anyone I know :)

      That is very unfortunate that you didn’t have a great experience setting up your appointment. Unfortunately we were short staffed that day and you were most likely speaking with someone who was in training that is why I believe she wanted to have someone call you back to better assist you. I can assure you that your $25 deposit was refunded right away and there was only 1 charge. The stylist was sick that is why she tried to reschedule your consultation and was in communication with you via text and Instagram. When she followed up to confirm with you the communication seemed to stop. We wish we were able to accommodate you, but unfortunately it seems as though the timing didn’t work out for both parties.
