CrossFit Winter Park

I having a great experience with this wonderful CrossFit team. Im learning a lot of new exercises. Also, I feel like a real family one help another one. Thank you.

I canceled my membership 11 hours after what was considered too late. They still charged me $220 for the month and I never actually went. I explained to them that I wouldnt be attending any longer and they could have had the common decency to not take my money, as I did, cancel over a week in advance to the month of March. Ive done profit at several places, and this place just does not have the energy level that you would typically see in Crossfit . I think it would be more beneficial to go to regular gym classes. I do not recommend this place.

I took a hiatus from CFWP due to some personal reasons. During this time, I knew I would regress physically but what I didn't realize is how much emotionally it would affect me. I was feeling pretty down, had a major loss of motivation, amongst many other things I was feeling. This was a shock and eyeopening for me. CrossFit Winter Park is a special place because it is a community of amazing people always cheering you on and I was missing it physically and emotionally. I am back after really understanding what this gym means to me and my total health and happiness. Glad to be back with such amazing owners, coaches and members.

Stephanie (the owner) does a wonderful job creating programming that achieves both the goals of traditional CF, as well as pushing athletes at Winter Park to challenge themselves in new and unique ways. Stephanie and Jennifer are both always looking for ways to improve the experience at CrossFit Winter Park. I would, and have, recommended CF Winter Park to athletes of any level.

Hey everyone! I just had to take a moment to share my experience at Crossfit Winter Park, because it has truly been life-changing! First off, a huge shoutout to the amazing owners, Stephanie and Jennifer. These ladies have created an incredible community that is so welcoming and supportive. From day one, I felt like part of the family! Stephanie and Jen go above and beyond to formulate all kinds of events, workouts, and nutritional programs that can be tailored to your individual needs. Trust me, you're in good hands! But let's talk about the trainers... WOW! These guys know their stuff! They are not only experts in their field but also genuinely care about your progress and well-being. Now, I have a confession to make. I've never been able to stick to a gym or any fitness routine before. CrossFit always seemed so intimidating to me. But CrossFit WP changed everything. They create an inclusive environment where it doesn't matter what shape or size you are. Every workout can be scaled to your ability, so you can challenge yourself without feeling overwhelmed. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for this gym. It's not just about the physical transformations, although those are pretty awesome too. It's about the mental and emotional growth that comes with it. Winter Park CrossFit has given me the confidence to push myself further than I ever thought possible.
