    This is the SECOND very poor review I am doing on this company. The first I deleted because they did send a crew to fix the problem. However I attempted to give this company a second spin which was another terrible mistake. Over night into the morning of Wed Feb 03, 2021 my Heater went out on one of the coldest nights of the year (20's/ 30's) for Florida is COLD. I called based on the number I saw in Google which stated as seen in the attached picture ( Open 24/7 ) this IS NOT TRUE! They are NOT open 24/7 you get routed to a VERY RUDE AND NASTY answering service which is probably the cheapest answering service they could find. Hence, "you get what you pay for". Their answering service hung up on me and told me they did not open until 8:00AM. Who ever it was that answered the phone had a REALLY BAD attitude from the beginning. Not exactly "customer service friendly"! To say the least! I called the office at 8:05AM and was told by one of their representatives that they would send a tech out to my residence at approx 11:00AM. I called back at 11:00AM to check on the status of my technician to find out my time had been re scheduled for some time between 1:00PM - 6:00PM. This is obviously QUITE a LARGE GAP! I do work from home however as you can imagine I have to still plan my day accordingly. I'm sure you would probably agree a ( 6 ) hour gap is a bit excessive. Due to the past poor experience with this company "coupled" with this very poor experience I had with this company I called back into their dispatch and canceled the appointment. I give this company a ( 1 ) Star if you want "Fast, Friendly and Reliable" service I would STEAR CLEAR from "One Stop Cooling and Heating". Services: Heating system maintenance, A/C system repair

    Strada took over when One Stop Cooling and Heating when out of business. I called for my yearly maintenance and they had a tech out to me next day. Julio Nieves was my technician and he was on time, friendly, accurate, and very helpful in giving tips for good maintenance. 100% recommend. Service: HVAC system maintenance

    This company has absolutely horrible service. I had them install a new AC unit about 3 years ago. I chose this company because they advertised 24 hour service calls (or at the very least - 24 hour phone service). I pay for an extended service warranty plan. Over the past year I've had numerous problems with my unit. When I call them, they put you on hold for 10 minutes, then it directs you to a voicemail. They sometimes take 3-5 days to call back, then it may take them 3-5 days to schedule your service appointment. You can literally NEVER get someone on the phone when you call. Recently; I had a problem with my ducts which were poorly installed by them, and I went 8 days without AC because of this. When the tech came out to access the AC unit, he said he thought there was a duct issue, but he would not crawl under the house to service the blocked duct (isn't this his job?). Wound up one the ducts came loose due to a poor install, and it caused it tear and collapse into itself when I turned the unit on. The poor tech said he would have someone call me, and they never did. This was on a Friday morning. I tried multiple times to call them over the next few days, and nobody would answer. I left multiple messages. They did not call back until Tuesday (5 days later) and said they couldn't get someone out until Friday, but by then I already had it repaired. It only needed 3-4 feet of the duct to be replaced. I had to get someone else to come out and repair it that Monday, and they were able to come that afternoon. About 2-3 weeks later my AC stopped working again due to a bad capacitor. I called them and they said it would take 4 days for them to get here. I called another company (Service Experts), and they were able to get here to fix it that afternoon. AND they ever answered the phone when I called! I renewed my service warranty thru them. LOLOLOLOL!!! This company is totally biting off more than they can chew. They are poorly managed, and I assume they are terribly understaffed as well. It's a shame, because one of their techs, Amin, I actually liked quite a bit (over the past few years he's been here a few times due to a bad fan circuit board [in hindsight I'll never buy another Goodman AC unit]). I can't say this for everyone with the company though. You have been warned!!! Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, HVAC duct & vent repair, A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance, Install AC

    This company use to be a good company now they are the worst. I have a maintenance and service contract with them and trying to get in touch with someone is impossible. My AC has been down for more than a month and have not been able to get someone to come and fix it. They made two appointment and the first person brought the wrong part and the second person never showed up. A service person came and ask me why is it 92 degrees in my house. It took a lot from me not to disrespect him. He actually did not know why he was at my house. I called this morning and the answering service was very rude. I told her that I left two messages and no more called back and her reply was can't help you with that bye. Wow this company was purchase from another company and the people really do not know customer services. Reported it to BBB and my next step will have to be legal. Because being without AC in Florida should be a crime at least a jury would thing so and I wonder how many customer would feel the same. Do you know how to say class action. Service: Repair HVAC
