Our Teams    

We are very proud of our competitive cheer teams.  The girls have worked so hard practicing and refining their skills.  They are true athletes.  

Competition & Performance    

 If you are looking for a safe and exciting program for your child to be a part of, Excel Cheer is the one for you. While teaching the importance of team work, your child will develop their athletic ability in cheerleading and have FUN! 

Tryouts & Training    

 Preparing for that cheerleading tryout? Wanting to create a new hobby? We have tumbling classes in Winter Haven for all ages, toddler to adult. 

Private Lessons    

 Contact us and we can get you connected with a coach to that can get you to your goals one-on-one! 

Ninja Boys    

 With a basis in strength and flexibility, boys can come to excel to get better at tumbling, but also other sports they play. From learning how to do handstands, cartwheels, and round offs, to becoming efficient at pull ups and climbing ropes, This class focuses on making well rounded athletes! 

Tumbling Classes    

 Excel Athletics offers tumbling to all ages. We start them young at ages three and four and build a love for the gym, then it grows from school age, right through high school age classes. We even have a spot for the adventurous adult that would like to stay in shape!!
