        Friendliness of the staff is hit or miss at this location. Today there were so many carts sitting in the middle of the aisle and product on the floor, that you couldn't even walk down some of the aisles. The restroom was disgusting. Used toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. I'm not sure who manages this store, but it could definitely stand some improvements.

        I was pleased with the selection of materials to choose from. I was looking for fleece. It was all 50% off. The customer service representatives were all kind and helpful.

        literally the rudest sales associate, Aspen. sick of it. everytime we go in there. complete disrespect. will give just absolutely horrible customer service to not only myself but my friend as well. we frequent joanns as we are business owners and my friend is a designer for their career. This employee will not help us with anything, will visibly disrespect and then refused to help us find the spot for where the correct fabric goes. Started rolling their eyes and had horrible behavior. This is not the first time this is happened and Im sick of it. This used to be a great store to come into and now the only good customer service I get is from Brayton.
