Ive been purchasing medical marijuana in the state of Florida since 2019 and have had several unpleasant experiences with Trulieve in the central florida locations I have visited as well in Hollywood and Miami. this has been the best Trulieve Ive visited. Despite the system being subpar to all the other dispensaries the customer service made up for it.

I actually have had some less then great experiences with this company, but was having work done to my truck around the corner, and put an order in while I waited. This is by far the nicest one I have been in. The place is huge, the waiting room and the back room are equally big. One nice thing about this location they actually had a few items on display that you could actually look at. Biggest difference between shops here and in Colorado, all the nug is on display and you can see it before you buy it, kinda miss that, I hate buying nug by name. Staff was super cool, guy upfront kept apologizing for the wait, I was I think the only person there. Even offered me a water. As far as selection, they actually seem to have a lot of items not available at other locations. Actually pretty similar drive to here as the 192 area. May start coming here regularly, at least for me worth a few extra mins for the awesome customer service. If I had only one negative to say about the experience, haha may have been my fault, maybe I missed it but when you pull in the lot, go left. That is where the door is, if you go right you have to drive all the way around this big building not a big deal, once you know you know. Might consider a entrance to the left sign, if there isn't one I just missed
