        I truly hate this bank. I am really going to see about switching banks. Reason #1 one they have very little locations and #2 the customer service is by far the worse. Im trying to understand why should a person have to go through customer service and wait for 15 people to talk about financial loans just to come and get a debit card? Why dont they just allow people to go through the regular teller line just to get a debit card? The best part is it takes 5 to 10 business days to get a card when you lose misplaced or your account gets compromised. What mail system are they using? When I tell you, I hate this bank, I wish I wouldve never opened an account with these people. First chance I get Im switching over. I am over this place.
