Carlton Arms of Winter Haven

Been in a townhouse here for a few years. I like it. Place is very pretty. Lots of sidewalks that are perfect for walking. Also, you can see the occasional rabbit, armadillo or sandhill crane. Townhomes at least, have pretty good soundproofing, which is a huge improvement from the last apt complex I used to live. Rents can go up a bit more than I would like every year, but ... that's everywhere nowadays. So. Events such as the Christmas party and the occasional food truck visit is pretty neat. Maintenance can vary. Usually great. Sometimes a little confused, but they usually don't mind coming back.

We took a tour with Pearl and she was amazing!! She answered all our questions throughly and timely and the grounds of the community was super cool!
