Using Hero Remediation has been such a positive experience! Mike was quick to schedule a day to come inspect our mold issue under our laundry room sink. The mold test results and report came back within a few days and we were able to schedule a date for remediation. He and his crew were very respectful, professional, and careful in our home. We were very happy to have this issue resolved in a successful and prompt manner. This is an honest company with great service and we are very confident in recommending Hero Remediation!

Hero was recommended to us by a family friend who had only good things to say, and we are so glad we listened! These guys were prompt, professional, and pleasant to have around. Got to talk to a few members of the team and am left with the impression that leadership & customer service are top priorities as this was a surprise job we hired them for after an AC Unit froze and flood our 2nd story carpet while we were on vacation. The speed, confidence & education was impressive.
