Easy check in. Prompt attention by nurse performing initial vitals check. Dr evaluated me and provided necessary treatment with nebulizer. He prescribed two medications for me to use over the remainder of this week. Hoping for a very positive result. Recommend using this Centra Care location for prompt professional care today.

I just moved to Florida and needed a 680 form to enroll my kids in school. After spending hours on the phone frustrated with the health department, - I took a chance and walked into AdventHealth Centra Care. Best decision ever!! I was greeted by Ralph - Very friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt hesitate to say right away that he could help me which made me feel so relieved. He let me know the turn around was usually 24-48 hours which I was very happy about until Tara came around the corner and said they would have the form completed by the end of the day!!! I went to lunch and got the phone call the forms were ready for pickup!! Thank you Yolanda for your speedy data entry skillz! What a whirlwind I went from the health department telling me I couldnt have an appointment for 2 weeks - to walking into AdventHealth and having the forms within 2 hours. THANK YOU Ralph, Tara, and Yolanda! I really appreciate you guys!!!!
