We Care Specialty Transport was a big help when I had minor surgeries. Pamela picked me up and brought me to the surgery center on time. She went inside with me to make sure that we were in the right building. She was also right on time and was there waiting with her van when I was discharged. Thank you Pamela for your great service. You even called to check on me the next day.

I work as a transport scheduler for a rehab facility here in Winter Garden, and We Care Specialty Transport is always my go to transportation company they are so kind and so professional, especially Yaw and Pamela they have helped me out tremendously with my transport needs. I have had many situations where it was last minute, and they always come through. I recommend them to anyone that needs transport for their loved ones, because of how professional and kind they are, they care for the residents as if they are family.

I have used several of the local medical transport companies and WE CARE stands above the industry standard. Their service provides safe, comfortable compassionate care. They are always punctual and take the time to very carefully transfer me on and off of the stretcher. I have a very painful condition and they take the time to make sure that I don't feel an extra ounce of pain when moving me. Their vehicles are well kept and as comfortable as can be expected. I am so pleased with my team that I request them every time I call. Carmen and Sonel are kind and stand above the industry standard. Their professionalism shines. They make sure I have everything I need to take with me to my appointments and even ask if the temperature inside the van is comfortable for me. The owner , Yaw, always asks how I'm doing when I call to schedule. I never feel like I'm just a number. Their pricing is fair and reasonable.
