If I could give Ben Stern 10 stars I would. He is an amazing person and realtor. Having dealt with many realtors over the years, he is clearly in a class above. He listens intently to your needs and doesnt waste your time showing you things you are not interested in nor do not meet your criteria. He does help guide you in a difficult real estate market so you find exactly what you are looking for. He has much patience and carefully walks you thru the entire process. As a first-time home buyer in Florida, it was clear the market was much different than in New York and he went thru what to expect and what to do to make sure all went well. While bumps are expected, he was there to help negotiate them and make sure that we got what we wanted and all promises from all parties were carried out. His word and assurances never failed. Even after the sale when most would say their job was done, he has been there to make sure things continue to go well and are the least stressful as possible. His help, assistance and advice have been immeasurable in lowering a very stressful situation. We know that everything will work out as promised and will be handled quickly and professionally. You can never go wrong if you have Ben Stern on your side.

Huge shout out to Ben Stern of ReMax. His team new exactly how to put together an offer that would be accepted for the purchase of our new home in Orlando, FL. Orlando is an extremely difficult ity to compete for home purchases, and his team pulled it off! Once contract accepted, Ben was always eight steps ahead of the closing process and played a HUGE part in the successful negotiations of those unexpected things that cropped up before closing.
