This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate! My daughter had her annual physical done in February and I have been trying to get a copy for the past 5 weeks with no luck. I physically went to the office thinking that it could simply be printed out only to find out thats its not even in her chart! And then when I try to speak to someone regarding records I get transferred to a third party company that offers no help at all. And unfortunately this is not my first issue with records but this is definitely my last.
