Came out at 12:30am to give me a new key! He was tired and wanted to go to bed but still came out because I needed a locksmith urgently! I cant express how grateful I am! Extremely fair price especially for such late and short notice, would recommend him to anybody!

Today started off with me being locked out my house! Im new here and knew no one. I found Chitown Lock LLC, made a call while at work, and was able to set up a house call for this evening. I couldnt be happier! I now have a new and dependable lock, and as a courtesy, the standard door handle/lock is all fixed! I would definitely recommend Chitown if you need help with a lock!!! I was desperate for help at 1AM due to being locked out of a bedroom and had tried everything I could think of short of breaking the whole door down. I called a few 24 hour places but this was 1 of 2 that actually answered. Cosme was who I spoke to on the phone and he was the one who came to assist. He gave a timeframe of an hour and only took half that time to arrive. He was super friendly by phone and in person. Answered all my questions and gave more detailed information that I didn't even think to ask. Was able to quickly provide a quote to me by phone (unlike the one other place who answered). When he arrived I was honestly surprised by how quickly he picked the lock. It was impressive. I'm not sure how to rate pricing on this as I have little experience with locksmiths but given the time of night, the customer service, and a clearly needed skill, I absolutely think it was worth it. Zero damage to the door or lock. Hopefully I don't lock myself out again but if I do, I know who to call.
