Bob, the owner, was very professional during the quote and the days of the job. His price was fair and it it included one year service which was above the other quotes. Bob came out to the house and immediately after looking around our house, he offered suggestions and options. Never did he attempt to over sell us, but communicated the scope of the proposed work clearly. The materials used seem to be solid and of high quality.
