        Had a new thermostat installed 1/4/24. The thermostat is dead. Called this morning to report the issue and request service. This was Sunday morning. They have scheduled a technician to come to the house Tuesday afternoon and didnt communicate that to us. We initially told them the unit we wanted put in and they installed a different thermostat that they said would do the same things and it doesnt. Now we wait for three days in order to control our HVAC system.

        ProTech originally came recommended to me by a friend. They have since put my (old) system on regular maintenance. When I was ready, they replaced the entire system, and I'm delighted with its efficiency and operation.. Today's regularly scheduled maintence service by Moises Pagan was excellent. He was on time, efficient, respectful and helpful. I'm very happy with ProTech. Service: HVAC system maintenance
