I did not care for the unprofessionalism I received from Dr. Mopes office. I contacted the office requesting an appointment and was told I needed to obtain my records prior to scheduling. The office received my records a week later and contacted me to schedule an appointment 6 months out. If I had been notified there was a wait time when I initially called, I wouldnt have bothered to request my records and wasted my time. The lady on the phone was rude and I felt rushed when I expressed my concerns. Luckily, I was able to find another doctor and got an appointment way sooner!

I've been with Dr. Mope for several years, even waited for her practice to open as I would not change. She is that good. Professional, understanding, listens, explains. I won't be leaving anytime soon.

Dr. Mope quite possibly saved my husbands life. What was thought to maybe be lung issues from Covid, turned out to be urgent open heart surgery. Without her pressing forward for his health, the outcome may have been very different. Dr. Mope treats you like family, never as a number - she is always on time and listens to what you need to say. Then, she goes to no end to be sure you get the best healthcare. We love you, Dr. Mope. Thanks for all you do for us!
