        Loved this place! Can't wait to see the other locations! Peace. 3/10/2024: Just bought a beautiful wall clock from this location. I am planning to see their outlet at the Millenia plaza.

        i bought a pair of pants here and was not informed that they do not accept returns. till i brought them back today. with tags still on and a receipt they would not accept it. now im stuck with a $100 pair of jeans that cant even be worn. had i known about the horrible return policy, i wouldve never shopped here to begin with. Update - the response i received states that the workers offered me to exchange for another item. this is false. they told me i could only swap the jeans out for a different size IF they had the EXACT same pair at the store. I explained to them that it wasnt a sizing issue it was a shape issue- the waist was too big but the butt was too small. something going up or down a size would not fix. i got basically a too bad so sad response. never once was i offered a different item or a gift card- if i was offered this, i would have absolutely taken the offer and not left unhappy. so 1 star for return policy and 1 star for dishonesty.

      Hi Ashley, many of our products are sold by local vendors and as micro-businesses they are not able to accept returns, as we have posted by the cash register. I have spoken to the team at the store and they let me know that you were offered an exchange for another item from this local vendor. That offer still stands, we are happy to exchange the jeans for something else. If you are not able to locate an item that you want, the store can also offer you a gift card that you can use in the future.
