When I was expecting a technician (Corentin) to come and service my equipment, he sent me a text message to let me know that he was on his way to my house. However, I noticed that he arrived between 5-10 minutes after the time window that was initially given to me for his arrival. His expected time of arrival was before 2:00 PM, but he got to my house at around 2:30 PM. Despite that, I was happy to see that he greeted me with a smile and a friendly demeanor. He got straight to work, and it took him about 30 minutes to an hour to complete his work, which I was satisfied with. Furthermore, I want to highlight the exceptional level of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by the company. Shortly after the service appointment, I received a phone call from their management, who sincerely apologized for the delay in service and lack of prior communication once the technician realized that he would be late. It was made clear to me that they value the relationship with their customers and are committed to achieving 100% satisfaction with their services. This proactive approach and their eagerness to address any inconvenience left a lasting impression on me, reinforcing my trust in their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction!
