Mako Roofing & Restoration

We are snowbirds from Toronto. I was not present when hurricane Ian caused considerable damage the roof of my Florida home. Mako Roofing was referred to me by my home watch service. After a phone call to Jason Morrison my roof was covered with tarping material to prevent further damage. I dealt with Jason through the whole insurance claim process and roof repair. Jason took care of all the details and Mako Roofing did an excellent job with the roof repair. Jason's knowledge of the insurance claims process was so beneficial. I had Mako complete a tear off and roof replacement. Their crew was in and out quickly and they did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them for any residential project. They also handled the insurance portion brilliantly which alleviated a giant headache for me and my wife. They have a full understanding of the insurance process and made tha necessary recommendations to make that process a smooth sail. Definitely a five-star experience. Ryan and the crew that worked on my house were amazing. From Ryan working with my insurance company to the guys that stripped and tiled my roof, I couldnt ask for more. In three days, the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. They even did a great job cleaning up the yard! Two of my neighbors had their roofs stripped a week before mine and one of them just got the tiles done a week after mine was completed. From start to finish we were very happy with Mako. Ryan Hill was very informative and helped us so much with our insurance claim Taking the pressure from us in dealing with the claim himself was a massive help. Materials were delivered on time, permit done, roof off one day and two days later roof was on, no hassle, no complaints. Very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend them !
