Mighty Dog was one of 3 vendors I contacted for an estimate to repair a roof leak on a 2 year old roof. They assessed the problem and provided a realistic estimate and timeframe for the repair. They showed me why the roof leaked and completed the repair quickly. They were very professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

Been working w/ Mighty Dog Roofing and Hunter for a while now, referring him to clients. This time, I was the client. I asked Hunter to come take a look at a potential leak in my roof and he was spot on accurate with what was going on in this corner/valley area. He was done inside of an 2hrs. Got me the exact matching shingle and everything. Very Affordable!!

I had called several professionals before finally finding a roofer I could trust. With their assessment being reasonable, they also took the time to document the roof improvements in a report I shared with my insurance. Without it, Im convinced I wouldnt have been renewed. Hard to find someone that trusted by me and my insurance and does such great work!

Run dont walk from this company. We share our experience and know that is our right, and anything to share as following is the truth, try to let all of you avoid this companys suffering. In Nov 30 2023, they performed work on our roof and resulted with an additional leak we found during the rainstorm. They refused to even take a look and try to repair. We Had to hire another company to repair for $200. The company not only refused to deduct the repair cost ,but also broke the contract what we signed and forced us pay in full $3000, instead of 6 Months multiple payments. If they didnt provide the multiple payment, we will not sign the contract with them before, because they quote is much higher than other companies. They broke the contract and emailed to notice us if do not pay in full payment in advance, they will put the lien on the house . We asked our attorney and informed us they dont have a right to put the lien on the house , because we have 6 monthly payments contract and they dont own the money until June 2024, they cant get the adjustment from Court. Now they are not confident enough their work have done in the future something happens within the 1 year warranty and rather to force us to pay off in full in advance. The company is not honest and exhibited terrible behavior. Finally they forced us to borrow money from bank to pay in full in Jan 2024 which caused our family suffering. We chose keep it simple to pay off in full in advance to them . They are not honest and base on the truth, we dont want to waste any more time on them. If something goes wrong will they stand behind their work? The company stands high quote , lower quality ,broke contract, forced to pay in full otherwise put a lien on the customer`s house. The company runs unprofessionally and do not seem concerned about their reputation in the Market and community, True measure of a successful company is not by their work, but how they handle problems when they arise.
