I stayed at one of their properties owned by Craig and Sharon in Davenport, Fl and the hosting was horrible. They didnt communicate well. Took them over 12 hours to respond to our requests then I asked for a late check out because I had a later flight and they never responded. Their cleaning people came and I told them I had not heard back from them to do a late check out. They texted be back shortly after I told the cleaning people and told me I had to be out in 10 minutes. Then had the nerve to come and stand by the door. Of course we werent ready because they hadnt responded. The garbage bin outside has not been emptied apparently since the last guest, so we did them a favor of leaving the garbage in the kitchen instead of taking it out and they had the nerve to try to charge $100, and sent pictures with the garbage on the back of their truck. Their hosting was horrible and I would not recommend no one staying at any of Craig and Sharons properties.
