We used the Mark Ramey group to sell my Moms house. Mark was knowledgeable on probate proceedings, was detailed, thorough and efficient with his dealings. The house sold in 24 hrs and different team members took a portion of the dealings necessary to get us to closing. Everyone was on top of their game and kept things progressing. Highly recommend.

Although I am a veteran real estate agent myself, I instead chose Mark and the Mark Ramey Group to sell my "hard-to-sell" house, and they did a fantastic job. We had many unforeseen challenges, including losing buyers to Covid-19, uneven floors and over-zealous home inspectors, but Mark stuck in there, stayed positive and kept things moving forward even when I got discouraged. After contract, the team handled everything seamlessly until closing, and negotiated solutions to each new obstacle. I highly recommend the Mark Ramey Group and am very satisfied !
