Excellent service. Doing business with Grace of Goshen team was awesome. This was a new experience for me. Shoncy took time to explain to me that I didnt have the right coverage for both home and auto. She walked me through each policy, and what I needed to have full coverage better coverage for Home and Auto will highly recommend her services to others.

The most productive meeting! Shoncy Williams is fully knowledgeable in what she presented and was able to explain in detail parts before I had a chance to even ask! She translates, simplifies and explains in everyday language with examples that makes sense to the average non-medical person. I would highly recommend everyone contact her before you even try to figure out and decide upon a Medicare Advantage plan all by yourself. She has the experience and inside info that you cannot get over the internet or through unsolicited postal mailings. I am extremely confident and satisfied with my decision and it was a complete pleasure dealing with Shoncy Williams!
