So very thankful for these guys! Jeremy did an amazing job on my oil change and he made sure to do a thorough check of the rest of my car! He got me in super fast.....and I didn't have to wait that long either! I have been over due for an oil change for awhile......these guys will get you back on the road for sure!

My experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to the abysmal service and appalling behavior of the manager, Carlos. From start to finish, I encountered deception, dishonesty, and an extremely rude and condescending attitude that left me utterly appalled. Upon arrival, I was informed by Carlos that there would be a significant delay for an oil change due to lack of appointment (that is understandable). We agreed that I would leave my car for a few hours after getting a car wash elsewhere. However, upon returning, I was greeted by another staff member who quoted me a price for the oil change, which I agreed to. Lo and behold, when it was time to pay, the total did not match what was initially quoted. As if that wasn't bad enough, I witnessed another customer expressing their dissatisfaction, claiming they were lied to and vowing never to return. When I raised my concerns about the discrepancy in pricing, I was met with excuses and blame-shifting. It became apparent that an error had been made in inputting the information, yet instead of rectifying the situation professionally, Carlos chose to adopt a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. In a display of sheer arrogance, Carlos not only failed to take responsibility for the error but also had the audacity to point fingers and directly berate me in front of other customers. He insinuated that I was attempting to take advantage of a lower price, despite the fact that I was simply seeking to pay the amount I was initially quoted. His behavior towards both the staff and myself was not only unprofessional but downright appalling. I implore Mavis Tires and Brakes to address this issue promptly and thoroughly. Customers deserve to be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism, none of which were demonstrated during my visit. Until the management undergoes a serious overhaul and implements proper training to ensure customer satisfaction, I will never set foot in this establishment again, and I will be sure to share my dreadful experience with others on platforms like Yelp and Google reviews. Shame on you, Mavis Tires and Brakes, for allowing such incompetence and arrogance to tarnish your reputation.
