Had starting issue with portable generator during hurricane Ian. Got it fixed quickly. Staff was helpful, friendly & provided quick service to fix the issue. Also gave me tips on how to avoid having the issue again. Very satisfied with their services.

Great place to take your lawn mower to get it fixed very prompt very courteous nice people at the counter especially the older gentleman I like him a lot and I will do more business with him John.

I brought them an almost brand new $1300 dollars Forman 10000 watts generator. The generator would not start for me, a few days prior to a hurricane approaching. 3 days later I got a call from a lady employee telling me that my generator was not repairable. I said are you sure you got the right one? She said yes, the mechanic said that there is no compression, we do not rebuilt engines and its done for good. I could not believe it, the engine had less than 5 hours. I wanted a second opinion, so I contacted someone I found that worked at North river small engine repair in Parrish, who checked the generator and found out all it needed was a new spark plug and the valves adjusted. The Generator now works just like new. M &C charged me $42.50 just to say that my generator was done!!! Unbelievable what a lie and bad business. Never again
