He was very good at communicating throughout the entire drying process, went above and beyond, and explained the steps and overall restoration procedure. I have tried to call everyday for two weeks, multiple times a day. Every time I get a prompt to push one for customer service and then no answer with no option for leaving a message. Apparently they do not want new businesses.

Mike came, gave us an estimate. His level of professionalism and knowledge of his work was breath of fresh air. Most contractors give a song and dance then hit you with an astronomical estimate which is insulting to homeowners. He took his time and fully explained each process and even provided a forecast completion schedule.

I wish I could give Hard Hat Construction & Remodeling & Septice six stars. Mike responded to my emails and calls promptly and understood my concern very well before offering me various options for the new room addition need. He conducted his team very well to see the project complete within the set time range. Their work amazes me. I recommend them without any doubt .
