Ron lies to me about the condition of his truck.I spent over $20,000 for the truck and it failed a little over a year. it's failure was systematic and I have problems each day and sometimes it would not crank until I shake some wires. Kaler auto sales cant be trusted.

WHAT ABOUT ME RON? In June 2022 the International truck we purchased from you broke down on the side of the road at 2am the same day I purchased it and 1 hour from your dealership. I have made 5 payments. You have been generous to pick up the towing costs. But YOUR mechanic whom the truck has been with for 4 months says it needs a new engine. $12,500. As of 11/16/2022 he no longer wants the truck on his property. Your not moving fast enough. YOUR LITERALLY PUTTING ME OUT OF BUSINESS. No more you want this resolved as bad as I do......

Cant be trusted!!! Sold me a Dually that needs over $10,000 in immediate repairs!!! Purchased a Silverado Dually from this dealer a couple weeks back that was on consignment for the owners friend. First he never told me over the phone that there was a $599 dealer fee which is crazy high and hit me with the extra amount upon arrival. But he did take the time to tell me that his friend, the trucks owner was a Skilled Boat Mechanic and this truck had been amazingly well maintained and taken care of since new. He expressed that he would drive it anywhere without hesitation and it just needed a little TLC. I bought the truck, paid $8000 plus tax plus $599 dealer fee. 5 miles down the road the check engine light came on (it had obviously been cleared by the dealer). Brake pedal was low, AC not blowing, steering wheel turns half way before working, radio is dead, cruise does not work, dash starts falling apart the first bump which was held together with glue. Engine is idling high. I get back home and find brake fluid leaking from the hydroboost, the rear air bag system that was listed in the ad has likely not worked in years as everything was corroded or broken. Oil is filthy and according to the tag is 5K overdue. Passenger seat track is falling off so no passengers can ride in truck. Brought it to 2 separate highly rated shops in the area and they verfied EVERYTHING in the front end is original and completely worn out. Control arms, ball joints, steering box. Idler and pitman arms, tie rods, wheel bearings, swaybar links. Hydroboost needs to be replaced, rear brake shoes are worn down, driveshaft center bearing is wiped out. Then they scan and evaluate the engine and it needs EGR Valve, air filter, knock sensor, valve cover gaskets leaking oil on manifolds, Engine temp only goes up to 130F because thermostat is not working. Also cant see at night because headlights are fogged over and trailer hitch is so rotted its not safe to use. On top it needs all 6 bald tires replaced and a alignment. SO BASICALLY I paid $8600 before tax for a truck that needs over $10,000 in repairs just to fix current broken items not even the cosmetic damages and other things it needs. This truck was ONLY worth a few grand on a good day but I was taken advantage of and lied to about the condition by the owner and by Kaler Auto Sales. Shame on you for being so dishonest to take advantage of an average guy just trying to make a living! It will be MONTHS before I can afford these repairs and now have nothing to drive BUYER BEWARE!!!!
