It is a great pleasure to write this review. Kenny Silverman is not only the best realtor I have ever used, but he also genuinely cares so much about his clients. Selling my first-ever home was both incredibly scary and emotional for me. Kenny was with me every step of the way. His guidance throughout the entire process helped me feel at ease. He was patient with my questions and had incredible industry knowledge. My property had many complications that made it difficult to sell. Still, Kenny turned these circumstances into a positive and used his experience of the market and relationships to bring multiple offers, all while the market continued to shift. His collaboration and leadership skills are impressive. Kenny is dependable and communicates at a high level. He was always straightforward with me about what to expect. Having been in the Title and Escrow industry in for over 20 years, I have worked with many great agents, but Kenny Silverman is truly one of the very best.  My husband and I dreamed of owning a second home in Fort Lauderdale for many years, and with Kenny's help, we were able to make that dream a reality.  Not only did he help us navigate our way through a challenging seller market, but being out of state, Kenny guided us through several different homes virtually while pointing out both the positive and negative aspects of each home until we found what we were looking for.  Our faith in Kenny's expertise made it possible for me to buy a home sight unseen, knowing that he would not steer us wrong.  Our faith was justified when I walked into our new home for the first time, and we could not be happier!
