Nova Filters

Nova installed a water softener system for me recently. They were very informative regarding installation and operations. Landon (the installer) was very responsive and professional. Had it done in about an hour. Highly recommend Nova!

Our water filtration system is now almost 5 years-old. It's been great! Had a small water leak, and Landon came out in less than 24 hours. He fixed the leak, no charge, and he also changed out our filters. Very personable, and efficient. We really like our Nova system, and the service has always been top notch. Thanks, Brad!

Nova filters are a great product. The water in Florida tastes like chlorine and smells like sulfur but with Nova products you can drink right from the faucet and it is delicious. The system is low maintenance and the filter changes are only required once a year. The customer service is outstanding. The technicians are friendly and professional, they do a great job with installations and filter changes. The communication from the staff is phenomenal, they also keep in touch as to when they will be coming to the house. Nova filters is a wonderful company and I love their pure water.

I've had the NOVA whole house filters for 8 years, and I replace them about yearly. Since the nova filters filter out smaller impurities than refrigerator filters, I've quit replacing the refrigerator filters thus saving me about $80 a year buying OEM. And since the nova filters are only a few $ more that the refrigerator's I get a whole house filtration with good water out of my regular tap. Granted, not as cold as from the fridge, but fresh and clean. This is a family owned company and Brad and Bob have always been responsive to concerns. I have never needed any service calls except for replacements of the filters. Once the system was installed, it was "set it and forget it". Wife said, after initial installation, that she even felt cleaner after a shower with the new system. I don't buy bottled water anymore because my system gives me as good or better. (Most bottled water is just city water run thru one more filter). This is a great company with a great system at a great price.
