My septic tank was backed up and we called Mike Scott Plumbing. Matt and Shawn (hope I spelled your names correctly) came out within 30 minutes and pumped out my septic and had me test my toilet. They worked hard to clean out what looked like a nightmare of an old septic. Very happy with their hard work and the knowledge they had about my septic. Even though my system needs to be replaced, Im a very happy customer! The price was affordable too at $350!

A friend recommended Mike Scott plumbing. They've been to my house 3 times and I'm still having issues! Less than a week after second trip I'm having exactly the same issues. They came out again and Less than an hour later I tried to clean my tub so I could enjoy a nice hot shower. The toilet had been backing up into my tub. Well so much for a shower because my tub won't drain! I called Mike Scott again and I was told " I'm on the do not service list." So much for caring about veterans. They claimed they give veterans a discount but I never got one. Second trip they broke my toilet. I was charged a 30.00 dollar auger fee. I had to pay for them to use their own equipment. They charged me the auger fee again. I talked to a friend that has used them he was never charged an auger fee. He said they're overcharging me to recoup the toilet they had to replace. Sad just sad..... I'm on the do not service last and their going to be on my family and friends do not call list !! But they will just go overcharge somebody else !! They like to blame the customer instead of doing what was asked of them! Pitiful!!
