Steak 'n Shake

They work without gloves at the kitchen. I saw the guy touch cheese with his hand without gloves. So disgusting I will never come back to this place

Yeah... I won't be coming back. No cashier so everything has to be navigated to by screen. Any modifications are clunky and not consumer friendly. Then finally when you get your food they ignored the modifications, and it's a hassle to find someone to get it corrected. Add to, all of the cost cutting measures have GREATLY diminished the quality. Essentially everyone getting a drink had to scan a QR code to verify they got a drink. Then you have 15 seconds to fill your drink. This company spent genuinely thousands for this drink machine to save pennies. Overall everything sucked, I will be absolutely amazed if steak and shake as a brand isn't sold off in a few years. The holdings company that owns it has milked it for every possible dollar. Seriously don't go here.

The food was good and hot the service sucked and the restrooms were gross what happened to the customer service steak n shake use to have now you order at computer and wait for your name to be called if I wanted that I would have gone to McDonald's Kid-friendliness: Had high chairs for the kids but no longer offer the coloring picture to help kids wait for their food
