Optum "Screwed me up" The agent would not return my call even though at the time of sign up he told us to call him if we needed help. He also made a statement that were not true...like OTC program includes anything you find at a Walmart Pharmacy. Their customer service is so, so

        First of all, agent encouraged us to call if we needed help. When we called he never returned the call. He also stated that OTC included anything at the Walmart pharmacy. Not true! The Optum pharmacy is a really really bad look for UHC
