LA Flooring

I like to support local, independent business people. We picked out some tile from this store and, while it was more expensive than I would have liked, we ordered it. The order took quite a while to come in, which isn't the issue I have with them. The issue is that we had a full box left over and they refused to take it back. I asked if they could take it back and charge a restocking fee, and the Owner said that the restocking fee would be more than the tile is worth. Unfortunately, I won't shop here anymore, and will strongly consider buying from Lowe's or Home Depot next time where they take back returns (even partial boxes) without question.

We had LA Flooring replace our flooring and baseboards throughout our whole house. We could not be happier with the results. Dealing with the owners as well as the installers was a pleasure. Customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. We had other companies quote our job, but we are glad we chose LA Flooring. Highly recommend them!

Top to bottom one of the best experiences working with a home renovation company. Starting with David at the store helping us to pick out just the right flooring for our home, to the installation crew of Wellington and his helper (sorry I forgot your name), the friendliness, the quality of work, and the overall interaction was the best. Highest possible recommendation.

I bought my floors from LA flooring (which I love) but unfortunately my contractors floor guy had installed . I will just address what LA flooring helped me correct, and thats the replacement of 2 planks in 2 separate rooms. See before and after photos. I was highly impressed with LA flooring for offering to help fix this issue since they werent involved with the installation in the first place. I was completely satisfied with their installer (Carlos) who had his partner constantly cleaning up the area so he only had to focus on the task at hand. You can tell the difference between a guy who is just doing a job from a guy who takes pride in what he is doing. And Carlos took pride in what he was doing. You just cant tell anything was ever wrong. Thanks Carlos and thank you LA Flooring for making this an easy, hassle free fix. Not only would I use you, Id recommend you to my friends!
