Sun Kool serviced my A/C again on April 8, 2024 and technician Neluna did an outstanding job, and also saved us hundreds of dollars by doing only what was necessary. Great employees and they leave your premises clean and uncluttered. Service: A/C system maintenance

Never use this company because they have the worst customer service and no communication within the company itself. Sun Kool was called on a Sunday due to no AC at our property we are renting out. 1. Technician called us telling us that we needed a new motor, and we were told too somebody will call us with an estimate on Monday. I asked him explicit to call me and gave him the correct phone number and NOT my husband (he is hard to get hold of) 2. First errors happened here: Technician wrote on his paper that we needed a new AC system????? And my phone number was no where on this papers and ofcourse my husband was called. 3. On Monday my husband had the chance to call back and was ofcourse told that we need a new system. He said NO its a new motor we need and he gave at that time the ok and was told it would be $600-700. 4. Next day (Tuesday) I called to be sure every thing went through. Ofcourse not, I had to give me my phone number and was told somebody will call me with an estimate while my husband already gave the ok. Meanwhile our tenant was without AC! This person on the phone was very nice and apologized 5. On Tuesday around 11am I got a phonecall from Stephanie from SUNKOOL with an estimate. When I asked her why do I have to give an OK again, she was not very pleasant and just answered I do not know that when I asked when will the motor be there, same answer I do not know that and when I asked why was phone number was not on the papers and why did technician wrote the wrong information on there I got same answer with a nasty tone, Absolutely unprofessional. 6. On Wednesday I called for the status and was told when we have and ETA we will call you 7. Meanwhile my tenant also called for the status and same girl Stephanie was very rude to her and she was told that they could not give her any info as she was not the owner of the house 8. On Thursday morning I called again and was given the same answer that they will give me an ETA when it arrives, I asked for a supervisor, ofcourse STEPHANIE is the supervisor. I do my whole story again, I was firm but her response was unheard of. Not even apologizing. But she said that if motor arrives I will be the first one to be notified by her. 9. On Friday morning I called again. They could not even find me in the system at first After they found me I was told that they called the day before around 1pm to my tenant. What the heck. I was not happy at all, so much miscommunication in this company. Thankfully this person on the phone was nice and understood my frustration. 10. That afternoon 5 days after the problem finally motor was replaced and no issues there. CONCLUSION: Please communicate in your company and have people work in customer service that have PEOPLE SKILLS. Customers come ALWAYS in the first place.

Just gotta say that the service tech Omar was very professional and kind, explained what he was doing and why, didn't leave you wondering what was going on, "in the dark so to speak " knew what he was doing, sunkool should be proud to have him as an employee, .. , thank you for great work, John..

Great Service from start to finish! Joe Neluna is very thorough and knowledgeable. Joe Neluna and Joe Malo were both able to fix an issue that other companies stated was a "unfixable" issue. We will ONLY use Sun Kool moving forward. I wish we could give a 10 star review.
