Choosing to have Wendy Scheppke represent us in the search for our families home was one we can look back on and feel confident was the right choice. Wendy is someone who is truly interested in helping find what you are looking for and at the same time can assist in figuring out what is realistic (which is very important in this real estate market) Wendy spent lots of time showing us homes, but equally as important spent her own time filtering out what she knew we would not be interested in. We have two little kids, so viewing properties isnt always the easiest and we didnt want to drag the kids along to see homes which didnt match our search criteria. When we found our home, Wendy helped us act fast and was able to guide us through the entire homebuying process. She is someone who picks up the phone and is there when you need her. I highly recommend Wendy and there is no doubt who wed use next time.

Wendy was a pleasure to work with. Two family members were selling this condo and Wendy was able to navigate the process with ease. She spoke to each of us individually and never minded answering the same questions numerous times. She was always available to chat and helped us navigate a difficult situation.
