Very disappointing service my last visit, sadly I will not be returning here. First thing to happen is that I called the front office asking for my invoices to be sent to the email on hand; The receptionist said she would do it but I had to call back the next day asking again because I never saw it done. The second thing is that I received an incomplete contact order and finally, I ordered new glasses and specified the need for delivery and gave my address. The glasses then arrived at the office for pickup and I had to call for the 4th time about yet another issue on their part. To have so many issues shows much needed room for improvement.

Dr. Deb is fantastic. Took her time to explain everything. I get squeamish about my eyes and she was so patient and walked me through each step of her exam. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Customer service is the worst. The Grey haired lady behind the counter is always rude and basically doesnt want to help the owner grow as a nice neighborhood place to visit if you need eyewear or lenses. I brought in a pair of sunglasses that I had bought and needed my RX in them. The first thing she told me was that I had to sign a waiver that if anything happened to them they had no responsibility for them. No hello, how are you as I am a regular customer to them for the past few years. Weston is a small town and I try to give my business to local vendors but this one will not get any more of it. This isnt the first time she was rude to me. When I had first taken my other pair of glasses home with me I didnt try them right away. I put them on and they are clearly or more accurately less clearly not the right prescription. Right away she took the defensive and said I would have to see the dr but he was busy and I would have to make an appt. I asked her to please check my rx against my eyeglasses and she acted as if I had just said something horrible. She just has no manners, obviously doesnt like customer service and doesnt realize what a nice job she has. She must be a relative because I cant believe other people have not complained about her.
