Their girdles are ok, I guess. I got one for postpartum use. Does not notice a huge difference. Customer service is awful especially if you are an international customer. I purchased a second girdle from them but it was of wrong size. So, I paid my return shipping fee to send it back and had it replaced. I live in Canada, they charged me almost 50 dollars US again to have my replacement shipped. So, I decided I would like a refund instead. The representative I chatted with said a confirmation email regarding the refund will be sent. It's been a week now, no confirmation email, no refund. Emailed customer service, no response. By the way, after I made the purchase, they kept emailing me to write a 5 star review for a small gift in return. Terribly annoying so I refused.

Okay, when I first ordered my belle fit corset, I just going to be real, it was all wrong. Uncomfortable to the max! I reached out to belle fit on Facebook and WOW! You would not believe the amount of customer service I received!! I thought customer service was in the past as so many other companies have forgot how to train it! Well, let me just tell you this company has not! With the amazing help from Carolina at bellefit, I now am receiving two new products to try and my experience will hopefully be just what I hoped for in the beginning and he best part, wait for it... I get to keep the products I originally purchased, so when the weight loss finally kicks in to high gear, I will be able to step down from my large to a medium. They are great over there at bellefit and I assure you that you will be greatly taken care of my Mrs Carolina!
