Steven at the Front Desk was very helpful. I had 2 rooms and had to add names, Bonvoy Numbers, get them close by, set it up for some little ones, etc. He was very patient and got me through everything. Thank you!!

Stayed here on the night of 3/24/24-3/25/24. The website does not state the hotel is under construction, nor does it disclose the fee for parking OR the 20 dollar extra fee that they make you pay on check-in. The room was not very clean- there was make-up on the light switches, mascara/eyeliner on 3/4 of the pillowcases, there was a strange urine smell in the corner where the couch is staged, and the end table with the alarm clock- we wiped it down and the towel came back brown like coffee/tea stains. Like others, we had issue with the way the sink is situated, the spout is only an inch or so from the counter- so water mess is going to happen. To cover the blindside of parking, they send an email out the day before your stay to tell you that the "paid parking" has been in effect since December of 2023. I was not pleased with my stay whatsoever. The ONLY bright spot was the lady at the front desk who was at least kind. I used the pay ahead option as it was supposed to save me money on their actual site only to show up and pay the "savings" to the desk in order to even receive the dang room key. I feel as though I left justifiably unimpressed.
